Performance:
BAD BAD BAD run! I had to stop and walk 2 or 3 times! I have never done that! I think the heat got to me! We were the last wave to go and it was about 9:30! I blew up on the run with cramps! I lost both water bottles on the first loop of bike! No water on Bike opps. I think that is what cost me on bike
