Normal breakfast of some ceral and banna. Sipped so juice on the drive over

Tail wind for the first 1/3 then into the wind the rest of the way. Cold too. Body was perfect temp but my toes got really cold.

Toe warmers over my shoes.

Surprised the my second run was only 5 seconds slower. My toes were numb starting out and did not warm up till about 1/2 through the run
What would you do differently?:

Kept my toes warmer on the bike

Light run and some stretching while I waited for Liz to come in

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Head wind on the bike. Cold feet

Event comments:

Very nice location. New corral area that was nice too. Will come back next year.
