Comments: Starting line was about 200m from shore, only had 3 min to get there. I started out way too slow and had to rush to start line. By the time I got there I was totally winded and had to wait until next wave to start. Once I got started I felt pretty good. What would you do differently?: Get to start sooner so I could get breathing stabilized. Transition 1

Warm down: Walking What limited your ability to perform faster: 2 Half IMs in 3 weeks, not yet in race shape, sick week before race week, didn't feel good day before race Event comments: Ok as a training race but this is the toughest HIM in NA and I just wasn't ready based on details above.
