Pre-race routine:

I got up at 5:20AM. I ate a bowl of oalmeal and a large bottle of Gatorade. I took the shuttle to the race venue.

It was nice and cool and I ran a great race. I BQed. Not much else to add.

Event comments:

The volunteer support and the fan support was great. The aid stations were well stocked and a ton of volunteers at each station. The only thing I didn't like about the race was that there were a few very sharp turns, and 180s you had to do. But, overall, a fantastic race. The medals were really nice.
