Relay! Considering my level of fitness at the time of the race I'm amazed I did so well. It helped that it was only 10 miles.
What would you do differently?:

Train more? This was a fun race so no complaints from me.

Absolutely tanked coming into T2. I was sprinting through transition and hit a hole or something, front wheel spun sideways and I went over the bike like an idiot.

Great local race for first timers or relay participants. Folks at the host YMCA are super friendly despite the onslaught of hundreds of athletes on their tiny facility.
