Don't know why all this took so long. the wetsuit was not too hard. but I did add jersey as well as race belt...jersey inside out..fiddle fiddle and once I got going couldn't get past line of people slowly moving through chute.
What would you do differently?:

Only add jersey or race belt not both

Thought about riding with feet on top of the shoes but I had no socks on the the dismount was a long ways before the transition area so i didn't want to run barefoot that long.
Someone had taken over my transition area...even marked off with balloon--they put their bike over my stuff. Really messed up my transition. Other problems: Stomach turned into a big cramp changing shoes and I had to roll over on my back on the ground to get rid of it.

Warm down:

Did not warm down properly due to hunting for ice and trying to keep up wih my familys' plans after.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

swim technique and strength need to improve to make me competitive

Event comments:

Lots of participants. Nice race. But I definately could have used ice for the foot immediately after the race.

Course: Only a slight uphill part. Fairly flat, out and back. I was pretty tired and although I passed people it left alot to be desired. At least I didn't walk.
