Comments: Felt great. Was concerned about how I would feel coming out of the water. Wanted to feel good getting on the bike. That was my priority. Felt like if I went out harder in the first 100 I would have had an easier time with traffic. Had trouble rounding one of the bouys. Have to be aware of the current and where the ropes holding the bouys will be. Felt great, could have done better. What would you do differently?: Harder out of the gate, better positioning. Feeling like I can go all out now. Wasn't fatigued at all. Transition 1
Comments: Good. Just need to be faster. Not having jersey to put on is clutch, best decision. What would you do differently?: sprint, not jog to bike. Bike
Comments: Felt ok but like I still couldn't really jam. Have to bike before race too. Didn't have the jump like I do after biking for a good hour. Tri bottle was clutch! Riding the course 2x before the race was soooo helpful. Wish every race pre published course. What would you do differently?: Warm up on the bike too. Transition 2

Ran a good ten minutes and swam for a little while. Totally helped.
