Comments: Tried to go hard, there were girls in front of me i wanted to catch, spent a lot of energy catching them and trying to stay ahead. probably used too much energy... Transition 2

Comments: slow, slow,slow...used everything on the bike.. 2 of the 3 girls I passed on the bike, passed me on the run.. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: lack of training Event comments: I went into this race severely undertrained, I was not motivated to carve out time to continue to train after Boulder 70.3. I've kept up the running, but only logged 25 miles on my bike the month of July. So, was just trying to see how little I could do and still have a good out come.
