Woke up 5am, jogged 1 mile easy. Ate 2 pieces of toast pb + jelly. Drove down to course

What limited your ability to perform faster:

PF/achilles tendonitis in the left foot really hindered my ability to keep pace

Event comments:

Cap City is a great event, with a challenging course. A great way to baseline following the winter months, gearing up for race season.
