Get up early enough to be a transition when it opens. Have a banana, plain bagel, just toasted and 1 hour before swim, take energy jelly beans

Event comments:

Race was very well done by HMF as usual. I do many of their running events each year and didn't expect anything less. Weather was great, no jelly fish in the water! Didn't like finishing on the beach
