Got up at 4:20, ate PB toast and drove 45 min to race. Got there and took my time setting all of my stuff up.

I did pretty good on the swim, it seemed short. I felt short of breath and had to breathe often.

I could have done better on the bike. My goal this year has been 16mph and I just made that, but I still think I could have done better. I was pushing hard though.

I felt dead on the run. My legs just weren't working too well. This was a bit of a disappointing run but I have to be happy because I gave it my all.

It was nice to have a smaller race, very well run. I don't know my transition times b/c we didn't have chips. All of my rankings are from the women's results.
