Comments: sat down for this, tired after the run in with bike, no need, stopped to get hr on, struggled with that for 30 seconds min., undid helmet on run in, almost dq, had to stop to buckle up, not good What would you do differently?: have hr for whole race, no sox would have been faster, helmet mess up, costly Run
Comments: run was good, picked up pace once i got passed by another tryer.... could knock 4 mins off to change my standing by 15 spots. with work this will come What would you do differently?: train harder on 5 km distance, improve stride, and get to know pace better Post race
Warm down: chat with family, all good, water and g-rade What limited your ability to perform faster: transitions, long run with bike both ways, slower people squeezing through small openings during bike run Event comments: volounteers yelling which direction, i observed many mess ups caused by this, usually the pilons speak for themselves.....
