Pre-race routine:

Got there at 5:45, picked up my bib and chip, they marked my body and I went to the Transition zone. Set up realy early, that helped a lot.

Event warmup:

Went for a nice warm up run and stretched for 20-30 minutes.

Great ride, the wet road did not help, but overall a good ride, I was crousing and the new bike worked great.

Warm down:

A little stretching and use of the drinks after the race. Then I got cold and had to leave. Packed my stuff, went home and took a long hot shower.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

RAIN and FREE STYLE IN THE SWIM

Great event- will be there for sure next year.
