Wow it was crowded. I did pretty well, but I don't think I'd like a bigger race than this. No kicks, luckily, but tons of running into others and mostly from behind, which made me slower
What would you do differently?:

Try to stay outside the school until rounding first.

I did okay. I'm still of the opinion that trying to get faster here is not a big priority. Smoothness before speed.
I did run the distance from water to rack, which I'm proud of.

running with bike is a little hard.
