The big problem was large just of wind (20-30 mph. The last mile was completly into a head wind that made it hard to stand up let alone run sometimes.

No wind!

My helmet flew off my handlebars so it took me a little longer in t1 than it shuld have. Once I got going, it was tough to get started going into a very strong headwind.
What would you do differently?:

Next time its this windy I'm going to bolt the helmet down.

I was pokey. The last mile of the bike was into a very strong head wind and it took my breath away. I took a little longer in T2 to catch it beffore going ut on the run.

Put my warm clothes on and walked sround until the awards ceremony.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The wind. Also my weight. I'd be much faster if I can drop back to me pre-surgery weight.

Event comments:

I'll be back for the Spring Wrentham Du to see if I can knock some serious time off.

Course: Course was rolling and pretty. Once again the winds were a problem. I felt like I was riding into head or cross winds the entire time. My bike clearly could have been faster, but I guess the winds justify the slow time.
