Comments: The waves pushed me off course at times...kept having to swim back into the course track - made me MAD. And some women were pulling and pushing. What would you do differently?: Stay on course. Overall, felt great. Transition 1
Comments: There was some sand on the transition run - bummer What would you do differently?: Nothing. Bike
Comments: Got nauseated on the bike and didn't eat as much as I should have - got enough fluids, but not enough calories. Overall, the bike was excellent. WAY better than I thought--passing people was nice. Tried to encourage as many as I could. What would you do differently?: EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Transition 2
Comments: Great. Got my "toe socks" on great. Nausea got to me when I was sitting. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Run
Comments: Mixed feelings about the run - wish I could have gone faster, but was so depleated from not eating on the bike. Plus, I was getting way too overheated - close to blacking out at times. But continued with my encouragement to others, which helped me too! What would you do differently?: Train more in the heat. Oh yea, and run faster! Post race
