Decent bike for the 3rd time on my tri bike. I think it's set up pretty well. I just wish the bike lane didn't have a rumble strip on one side, since I had to cross it every time I passed someone.
What would you do differently?:

Ride on the road the whole time instead of bothering with the bike lane.

Someone racked their MTB right on top of my transition area, so I had to move it to get to my stuff. Other than that, I did ok with the transition.
What would you do differently?:

Stake out my place at the end of a rack instead of the middle.

Horrible pace for me, but what can I expect after not being able to run for 2 weeks? My knee and foot feel better now, though, so I'll be back in my running shoes this week.

Run more beforehand, but that wasn't so much a choice as a necessity. I WANT to run!
