Pre-race routine:

setup and run a little. i ususally dont do any running or biking but i didnt get a lot of time to train for this race so i decided to warm up.

Warm down:

walk around a lot. talked to a guy i had run with, picked up our bikes, showered, got my trophie and left.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

lack of training. was just getting off an injury so i only had a week to train for this one.

Event comments:

this is a very good race. very fun if you are looking for just a fun race.
