Tough course for me. I don't do long hills well and had a hard time with this one
What would you do differently?:

Practice more long hill climbs, try to be faster in the morning race so I have more time between the morning race and the afternoon race

I didn't take the time to put on my socks...I'm still paying for that one. Sand and gravel in my shoes combined to tear up the backs of my heels.
