Up super early-3:45. Coffee, oatmeal, cliff bar, H2O, light stretching.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Just wasn't feeling it today?? Felt like I had a little bug on Saturday & when I woke up.

Event comments:

Super well organized. Course was challenging with the ocean swim, long T1 run-up & beach run. And there is always a strong breeze along the beach. Even with three 4.0mi loops, there was not much drafting. It was nice to constantly see the draft marshall cruising the course & writing down race numbers. A great race, I highly recommend it.
