Pre-race routine:

I woke up. Had a banana and green tea. Gaterade, alot of water probaly too much.

Tried Bilateral breathing but stopped after a little while was to much for now. But one side breathing seemed to work well.
What would you do differently?:

Learn flip turn and be swimming for more than 2 months.

Going over it before the race really helped.
What would you do differently?:

Learn how to bike without socks. Also have the shoes on bike. But ive fallen enough with clipless for now, will work on the acrobatics later.

Get areo bars for sure. Not stay in the hardest gear for most of it that really hust me I think.

Wasnt bad had to pee so bad had to go in the trees at 1.5 miles then at 2 I saw a bathroom it was funny. Picked up after that but I was wiped out.
What would you do differently?:

Pee before race. Run more do some bricks to get used to floppy legs if you can.

Warm down:

Water and subway maybe should have ran some more but was so happy to be finished

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I really dont know what I could do better. It is my first tri. I want to be the best and im not happy with how I did, but the good thing is I can go no where but up from here.

This is my first and I can honestly say this is the best tri ive ever been in.
