Comments: Great run, Nothing like running on your home turf. First ten miles felt really good. Last three miles I could really feel the no taper, hard workout two days ago, swim the day before in the legs. No kick the last .1 miles, but not really surprised. Good day overall, ran exactly what I planned on. What would you do differently?: If i was really going to race it all out, I would of tapered, and not swam the day before. Post race

Warmed up for about a mile, some light stretching. A couple of strides at about 5k pace. Kept telling my self "I am just going for a long run."
