toast w/peanut butter 2 hrs before, cliff bar 45 min before, took antihistamine and cough medicine for lingering cold

because I freaked out on my first tri a month earlier, took this one very easy at the start. Swam very easy, steady pace, finished 82/200 women

swim harder - was very comfortable this time out
