Didn't eat a thing since dinner. Might have to try that and see what happens. Didn't feel bad or anything, but maybe some oatmeal would hekp me be better.

Chinzy finishers medal. Looks like a dogtag w/same kind of chain. Dogtag said "Triathlon finisher" not what where when.
