Comments:

Tried a new method with shoes already attached to bike. It went terrible. Wound up laying the bike down and put my shoes on one at a time. Cost me about 30-40 seconds

Took me about 2 miles to recover from the bike. Was frustrated about my overall conditioning. Did not cramp in legs, got a side cramp about 1 mile into run.
