Comments: Tried a new method with shoes already attached to bike. It went terrible. Wound up laying the bike down and put my shoes on one at a time. Cost me about 30-40 seconds What would you do differently?: Put my shoes on befroe getting on the bike Bike
Comments: Lot of hills, did not know the course. Did not train intensive enough What would you do differently?: Train harder and longer Transition 2
Comments: Good transition from bike to run. Grabbed racing belt after slipping on shoes. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: Took me about 2 miles to recover from the bike. Was frustrated about my overall conditioning. Did not cramp in legs, got a side cramp about 1 mile into run. What would you do differently?: Train harder and longer Post race
