I passed a lot of people here, that was fun. I started way back in the 6th wave so there were lots of people ahead of me
What would you do differently?:

I could have gone a bit harder, I had a problem with some water I swollowed during the swim, I was throwing that up a bit. I lost my water bottle over the first speed bump, so I didn't have any water only gatoraid

Course: This is not a 400 yard course. 300 maybe, and only about 150 of wich is swimming. It is shallow fake chlorinated pond wich a lot of people ran.

Course: flat a bit bumpy course that is about 16 miles not 15. I had a problem with my wheel rubbing so I had to stop twice at the start to fix it. That took me about 1 min to fix.
