Noticed that my chain was off in the front right at the mount line. This was not good. It took me 5 minutes to get it back on. I guess I need to fix my own bike stuff when it breaks in training. But I don't like it. Oh well. These things happen. It's not my A race. If this was Iron Abe I would be kinda upset. This time...Not so much.
What would you do differently?:

Check my chain as I am taking it off the rack in transition. It wasn't cool having this problem at the mount line. It wouldve been an easier fix in transition.

I couldn't find where my bike needed to go. That took about a minute. Next time I will look for my towel. :)

Felt solid. Mentally strong. I didn't let myself walk at all even though walking popped into my head about 60x in 6 miles.
What would you do differently?:

Not take the Gu at final water stop. Shouldve drank gatorade at all 3 stops.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

This was my first Olympic distance tri. I felt I did well and am happy with my results.
