Decent swim, felt better than Ironclad, and cut out about a minute. Course was good, swam with the elites and it felt good.

Weird course, losts of turns...not that great. Bounced a water bottle on first loop and stopped to pick it up. Wanted to leave it, but felt bad and worried that someone might wreck because of it.

Training time, sick all week.

Event comments:

I think they register too many people for the race. The bike course was jammed up on my second loop and it killed my speed. A smaller field would make for a better overall event.
