Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 430. Got me a bagel that Jeff had extra..loaded it w/ some extra crunchy pnut butter. So good. Filled up all the water bottles and off we went..I follow him down from Gville since I came up Fri night for some Dragon fly Sushi..
Event warmup:

Light swim in the water to get wet and some stretching..found the BT gang and we were off

Much better time PR'ed it. Went pretty much all out. Got a much better start position this time ...out front on the left...let the current pull me right and around the buoy

Nadda..it thought it was awsome. A performance to repeat

Pretty good T1 i thought it was slow while i was in there. Took a bit to get oriented when i was putting socks/shoes on.

Needs to be cleaner...still some ineffiencies

Still do not have a Bike comp..so doing the bike blind... Took awhile to get breathing controled after a stella swim. and i think i took some salt water in too..stomach wasnt the best for the first half and the sugar in the water bottle didnt help
What would you do differently?:

for what it was nothing..havent really trained the bike since the last race. just one ride a week on saturdays for 1 hr. and 5 min warmups before working out.

Couldnt complain. Everything went smooth probably could move a bit faster once at the rack.

passed Jeff(parrj) just before the turn around. Then decide to lighten the weight and puke up some morning flem that didnt exit in the swim.. Felt better. Jeff cought back up...had to pass him again and w/ my new lighten frame took off for a killer run.
What would you do differently?:

Run faster. could of had a faster pace.. and kick it hard at the finish..went in leasurly this time.

walked around found the gang and loaded up

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not doing much tri training. as far as the bike and swim go..

Event comments:

PR this thing by 2 min...Freaking awsome.

After race went straight to Epcot to de stress teh race.. Drank around the world twice. Never made it to Pleasure island and Again Jess and Jeff I "My Bad"
