Warm down:

Felt great

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Hamstrings where still a mess from the IRONMAN dehydration issues. Took a massage the afternoon before to loosen the up, but they where still tired.

Event comments:

This was my 1st Tri 3 ever in 04, I go back to remember why I did it! It is fun, but now it is getting too large
