Awoke at 5:30am packed up. Ate bannana and granola bar for breakfast, I think I need more food though. I filled water bottles and pumped up tires.

Fairly slow transition, sitting on towel getting wetsuit off, drying feet, putting on socks, then bike shoes. This area needs some work.

Needed to drink more, had to walk some of it, which was a first. I am very dissapointed in my performance.
