Comments: Pace in water was 1:33/100 yds (guess that course may have been a little short) What would you do differently?: I am not a strong swimmer (getting better). May have gone out a bit fast for my own good (high hr), but chance to draft off someone faster than me was too tempting to resist Transition 1

Set up both transition area the evening before the race. In the morning delivered water bottles to the bike, last minute bike check. Had a gel 45 and 15 minutes before race.
Spent a few minutes paddling around the lake before swim start.
