more consistency with stroke - too many breaks into breast stroke caused my time to slow down.

Took too long to rest and catch my breath. Could have cut the transition time in half if I had not stopped so long.

Hit the wall after the bike transition - first mile very tough; walked the entire mile. Mile 2 and 3 were run/walk in the beginning then running strong the last 1/2 mile to finish.
What would you do differently?:

Train more for running! Weak sport keeping my overall time down. Work on transitions/brick training

Parking was a big problem - with 4,000 competitors they tried to collect fees for parking. Big mistake caused them delay of start times by over 20 min.
