Mom made Cyndi and I lunch, we sat and chatted, reviewed Cyndi's transitions...was a little more difficult waiting around because it was an evening race.

What would you do differently?:

Not sure. Was in the middle of everyone which i guess got me a little anxious. Wasn't able to effectively relax to breathe well the rest of the swim.

Foot didn't lock in well and slipped when i tried to take off. I gracefully (NOT) landed on my top tube of the bike - OUCH!
What would you do differently?:

Wear a double thick chamoise in my bike shorts!

Felt really good. Pushed a little harder this race not holding back as much saving my legs for the run.

Realize that i can push it even harder on the bike and still tolerate the run.
