Woke up at 3:00am, showered, waited until 4:30am, left hotel. Arrived at venue at 5:00am, set up transition, waited until 6:15am.

I was worried about getting situated on my bike before beginning a pretty big climb out of Nockamixon State Park, so I made sure I got this transition right.

Felt like I was going slower than I did on the bike. Had some help from an over-zealous Sprint race athlete who raced me for the second lap and helped me keep pushing.

The race was perfect up until the point where I finished. All of the post-race activities were very unorganized.
