minimal run training in last 6 weeks (1 run of 3miles) so didnt have high hopes evdn though i thought i had run faster. had a calf cramp at start but it worked itself out. felt like puking a few times during to intensity of race. managed to pick it up a bit at end. knee wasnt an issue.

better run prep prior to race

this was a well organized race with a great atmosphere and lots of food/drinks. will definitely do it next year.
