Swim
Comments: Suprisingly good swim with a few good hits from competitors. What would you do differently?: not much Transition 1
Comments: First time to do the shoes on bike thing, man did it cut down on time! What would you do differently?: not much... Bike
Comments: Ok that was the best ride of any tri. I even felt good on the hills, I think more hills in training could help... What would you do differently?: Work on the shoes, faster and tighter. also lost 30 sec or so on the Garmin..... Transition 2
Comments: Seemed good considering I cut time off both t's. I'll have to watch some more tri on TV to figure some other time savers. What would you do differently?: not much Run
Comments: Ok, this is where I would need the most work. I'm running slow, not drinking enough, and do not trainn enough in this area. What would you do differently?: Run Rick Run! Post race
Warm down: Took in a lot of water, cooled off in the shade and felt good after about fifteen minutes.... What limited your ability to perform faster: 40 pounds on my waist, not enough running, and one blister on my right foot. Event comments: Excellent job on this race. Definitely I will put this on my calendar every year! Great food, music, announcer, site, support, and organization. Last updated: 2007-08-06 12:00 AM
