Comments: felt good on ride, but did not push that hard. Tried to maintain hr and leg feel at a moderate level to pace myself. What would you do differently?: better on turns, pedal harder. Transition 2
Comments: took it easy in the transition, hydrated, etc. Run
Comments: Had to walk for a bit, very, very cramped. I don't believe I had a sub 8 minute pace... Post race

Took the road bike out for a quick ride for the first time the day before
