Comments:

This is a 12 Man Relay team... each member running 3 legs.

Here are the details of my individual legs:

LEG 1:
10:30PM Wow! I killed on my first leg... I started out fast in the flats during the first 3 miles holding around a 5:40 pace... I knew that I needed to go hard early because the last 3 miles were all uphill. It really helps having run this leg before.
LEG 2:
Dime absolutely crushed leg 2!

33:28 5.7 miles 5:52 per mile pace!

Another minute and 40 off last years time. I got passed early and was about to get passed again... And then I said NO! And dropped this guy on the only hill on this leg. My wrist chip fell off as I rounded the corner for my kick home and had to turn around and look for it in the grass. Found it and sprinted in. I probably lost 10-15 seconds there.
LEG 3:
Leg 3 was awesome!

38:59 6.1 miles 6:21 per mile

700 foot climb in the first three miles and I took off 20 seconds per mile off from last year.
What would you do differently?:

Not much... I ran the same legs as last year (which are probably the most difficult) and took over 3 minutes off last year's time!
Post race
Warm down:

Partied on the beach!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing but the hills
