  • Comments: With all of the money and effort that goes into this race, the organizers should have much better directional signage for runners and vans.

  • Comments: This was my first relay race, and I really only knew one person on the team. But I had so much fun I'd do it all over again for sure. Looking forward to 2014.

  • Comments: One runner was struck by a car that then slammed into a tree. Both runner and driver were 20 year old females and were in serious condition when we left Portland. This was a downer; our runner passed the scene shortly after it happened. Our team was a nice blend of recreational and serious runners. Amy, our leadout, has only been running for 7 months after 15 years of smoking. She did incredibly well.
