Comments: There was an uphill run from the waters edge to T1, which accounted for the high T1 time (I need to run faster). What would you do differently?: Run faster. Bike
Comments: I should have pedaled just a bit faster and averaged about 19.5 mph; no reason not to on such a flat and fast curve What would you do differently?: See above Transition 2
What would you do differently?: I cant't run without socks and this year I have switched when I put the socks on --last year I put them on in T1; this year I put them on in T2. It seems faster in T2 (feet aren't as wet), but the time for T2 should be lower. Run

Warm down: Ate some fruit, drank some water/gatorade mixture; then went for a short swim. What limited your ability to perform faster: I suck at running.
