Comments: need to work on my swim. Loved the wetsuit bouyancy factor. What would you do differently?: get to the front of the pack and get into my stroke faster. Transition 1
Comments: need to work on bike mount technique. Person next to me moved my stuff around which mixed me up a bit. Not sure why she had lots of room, think she was a newbee also. What would you do differently?: not change my shirt at T1. Bike
Comments: could have pushed a bit harder on bike. What would you do differently?: need to make sure I have cadence/HR/speed monitor next time. Transition 2
Comments: not a bad transition. What would you do differently?: try pedalling with feet on top of shoes. Run
Comments: could not really feel my legs. hard to gauge speed. What would you do differently?: start my kick a little sooner. Post race
Warm down: slow walking to food line area. What limited your ability to perform faster: training. for the amount of training I did well. Need to work on all aspects of my tri. Especially swim and run. I really dread running. Event comments: I had a great time and met lots of first time and seasoned triathletes. Ate a banana drank lots of fluids and got to transition area at 5:30am. Set up transition.
Jogged and stretched. Put on wetsuit and walked to swim start area.
