Comments: definitely needed to have put more mileage on prior to this run. My longest run was 7 miles prior to this. What would you do differently?: Need more training. Post race
Warm down: Lots of stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: I performed to the level of my training and I am very happy about that. Yes I can do so much better now that I've learned from this run. Event comments: What can i say i completed my First Half Marathon and a great milestone in my life, it can only get better.
