Went with a pace group which was a really good choice. Almost had cramps in my claves starting at mile 22 - had to watch this
What would you do differently?:

Nothing much except of course train harded

Warm down:

simple stretches but walked a lot after the race

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The impeding cramps at the end made me alter my stride

Event comments:

This is an unreal event and a must for anyone. NY Road Runner makes this a World Class Event
