What would you do differently?:

practice navigation a little more...had the dude on the jet ski screaming at me b/c I was headed off course a little. empty the bladder b/4 getting in the water, forgot to empty once I hit the water and by the time I got to the run my kidneys were killing...had to peeeeeee

i had to peeeeeeeeeeee, kidneys were hurting badly and this made it very difficult to run at a decent pace.

This was my first ever triathlon, so all in all I am pleased. I had a lot of fun and can't wait to do it again.
