Swim
Comments: A better swim than last year but I missed a buoy on the left and I had to turn around and back track. Once I rounded it, all the swim Bori's were killing me. What would you do differently?: Swim more.. Transition 1
Comments: I felt really efficient in this cluttered transition area. My bike was stuck to the dudes next to mine and I had to move some shit around to get it out. I assume that MANY people were in the same boat. What would you do differently?: Nada Bike
Comments: Noice ride baby.... A great bike day with lots of smiles. Worked hard but not too hard. Felt great to make it back strong and ready to run. What would you do differently?: Nada- well maybe get an Aero Helmet with the Fphucken ear pieces so I look more like Bori Transition 2
Comments: A great T2. As soon as I put my shoes on, I saw My Wii racking her bike. She looked HOT. It was worth the wait and we ran out together- me with the faint hope that we would cross the finish line together if I could hold the run together. What would you do differently?: Wait forever!! Run
Comments: OK... So I felt GREAT off the bike and as we were leaving T2 I looked at MyWii and said... "Thanks to you, I'm here... I started running with no pain but at a conservative pace. I felt good. As soon as I got to mile 2- I felt the first sign of trouble. Tight soreness and a distant pain. I knew it was over. I slowed the pace down to a 9:30 hoping that the run Gods would be gentile. Little by little I faded away into Disney Hell. By Mile 7 I had walked some and run some and Limped some. I thought about DNF'ing but I kinda wanted the hat and shirt. I saw Amy struggling and R2RO Diaz and decided to struggle 4 miles limping. It was not dramatic, nor heroic. Just a limp and long 4 miles. I was happy that I finished this race and that I drove home without an injury that would sideline me for another long time. What would you do differently?: Nada.... Post race
Warm down: MyWii worked on my Quad and I.T. Band What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing Event comments: A fabulous weekend... One of the best EVER!!!!!! A great time with friends and a race that challenged us all. MyWii.... What can be said... Except YOU Fpucken ROCK BABY..... You made us look good. You make me PROUD to be your PIC.... Don't ever get tired of my bullshit and my shitty moods at 5AM. I dedicate this race to you... KEEP FLYing Last updated: 2007-11-20 12:00 AM

Woke up at 4 AM and met Wii and Frank downstairs. We waitied by the fire until 5:15 and walked to transition.
Seemed rush this morning as the pandemonium had already started at Transition.
Just the walk from the Wilderness Lodge. A nice peaceful walk with 2 people I love!!
