Woke up at 4:30am. Had coffee and Cliff bar. Usual morning stuff.
Event warmup:

Got to race 45 min early. Just did some light walking and stretching.

Felt good except for rib cramps after 3/4 mile. Pretty much stayed the whole race. Was able to push through them.

Train more.

Everything was great EXCEPT for the runners/strollers/walkers/dogs all starting at once. It would have better if I didn't have to weave in and out of people the whole race.
