I felt so much better in the swim than last year. Lessons are paying off.
What would you do differently?:

I would start further up in the pack since I was passing people. I would also swim a little harder. I could have gone faster but wanted to make sure I had enegery to finish.

Still torn on this one, rather to run more or do more walk breaks. In any case, I need to tighten up this portion of my game.

Warm down:

Walked around and took in the festivities. Got some food and drinks, then sat down and watched people come in.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

HR was too elevated. Not enough running in my training.

Event comments:

Still one of the best events that I do. I can't wait for the HI-Fi Tri this fall.
