Pre-race routine:

Oatmeal and coffee and then Sherri and I were out the door. Met up with Kelly, Mike, Val, Evan, and Keith.
Event warmup:

Not much, some light jogging and stretching.

Comments:

This was my first 10K and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it went. I was able to keep a good pace going and felt strong the entire run.
What would you do differently?:

Push harder. I really expected to just die on the run but it didn't happen.

Warm down:

Wandering around looking for water and the other folks.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Training has been less than consistant over the last two months due to the nasty viruses floating around.

Event comments:

Great course to run on and I'll definately do this again next year.
