  • Comments: Good little home town race, sells out every year at 5500 participants. The start is always a mess because they don't control the slow traffic starting in front. Too many 11 minute milers starting in corral 1 so the first 500 yards is dodging slow people.

  • Comments: Pleased with my consistancy of mile times, except for the last one. I finished feeling disappointed that I could not hold my pace for the last mile but I guess I should be happy that I hit that wall later rather then the usual 4 mile point. I was hoping to beat last year's time but oh well, maybe next year.

  • Comments: Like last year, the water at the single drink station was barely drinkable. Seriously, it tasted like it came right out of a toilet or something. Next year, if I do this one again, I'm going to bring along my own water bottle!

  • Comments: They could have had one more water stop and the first water stop, both cups of water I could see dirt floating in them and it tasted terrible,,,,, but hay I needed the liquid.
